By ticking off what contributes to achieving excellence (Ericsson & al, 2019):
# 1 - Deliberate Practice +++ "Reps remove doubt"
- Individualized training of a trainee by a well-qualified teacher (guide / mentor);
- Teacher must communicate the goal to be achieved by the trainee (and the trainee can internally represent this goal during practice);
- Teacher can describe a practice activity to attain the identified goal of performance (allows the trainee to get immediate feedback on a given attempt);
- Trainee is able to make repeated revised attempts that gradually approach the desired goal performance.

- Mindset / Makeup --> How the player reacts to adversity. Discipline. Good teammate. Competitive. If average elsewhere, here must be ++.
